| Job Responsibilities: | National carrier seeks a candidate with the above experience. Will oversee Content Development and the corresponding training in the following areas:- Underwriting
- Insurance understanding to non-insurance technical analysts: Fire, GL, Auto, Work Comp
- Train the Trainers: Field Trainers are being hired throughout the Country to train captive agents in commercial lines products. These Trainers, while well versed in training and in commercial lines, will need uniformity brought to their daily tasks and, as new products are introduced, will need to be trained on them as well.

| Other: | Salary $120 to $140k + bonus
Client offers a company paid pension and a 15% profit sharing bonus as well as performance-based bonuses. |
